Which hosting platform, Windows or Unix, does Interkey provide?
To leverage the utmost flexibility for our customers, all of our hosting plans utilize the Microsoft Windows operating system and related technologies, enabling us to support technologies such as ASP.NET, Microsoft SQL Server, and Microsoft SharePoint.
Can I use custom and commercial COM components?
Interkey.net supports any commercial components as long as you have a license for the software; Interkey.net does not purchase licenses for any commercial components. We also install custom components if the source code is provided to us to look over.
All custom components are tested for bugs as well as performance and stability issues to ensure they do not compromise the performance or security of the server.
Do you design or develop websites?
We at Interkey believe in doing one thing and doing it well. At this time, Interkey.net neither designs nor develops websites. However, we are in the process of relaunching Designer Engine, a comprehensive searchable list of our affiliated web designers and developers. Check back with us soon!
How do I know which plan is right for my needs?

With a brief understanding of what your site is, what it needs and how much traffic you expect it to receive, we would be happy to help you choose the most appropriate plan.
How many websites am I allowed to have?
As long as it's not expressly prohibited by our Terms of Service, you're allowed to do whatever you want with the space on your account, and that includes running as many websites as you want, or giving away excess webspace to friends and family.
Does Interkey.net support <site feature>?
Interkey.net supports most major website and email features. If you can't find the feature you're looking for listed in our feature comparison, don't hesitate to contact us!
Can I use a static IP address for my website?
One static IP will be provided free of charge to websites using SSL or public FTP. Additional IP addresses can be leased for $2.95 per month.
