Creating additional mailboxes
This article refers to domain names. When configuring your mail client, replace all references to yourdomain.com with the domain you registered at signup.
To create new mailboxes for your domain:
- Log into your website control panel at https://my.interkey.net using your customer registration number and password.
- From the menu at the top of the screen, choose Settings.
- Locate the domain under which you want to add the new mailbox.
- Next to the heading titled Additional Mailboxes, click the Add button.
- Enter the mailbox name and the password you would like to use to access this mailbox. Click Save when you are finished.
- Test that the new mailbox was created successfully by logging in through the web mail interface located at http://mail.yourdomain.com.
