Brain Gateway
Coming 2027 · early access availableAlready running Siemens, Rockwell, Beckhoff, or CODESYS? Brain Gateway brings the same AI agent, the same 5-tier safety, and the same audit trail to your existing factory floor. No rip-and-replace.
Air-gapped · EU AI Act-aligned · Five-tier safety authorization · Full audit trail
Retrofit, Not Rip-and-Replace
Most factory floors have decades of working PLC code. Replacing it means months of validation, requalification, and risk. Brain Gateway sits beside your existing PLCs and adds AI capability over their existing protocols — read-mostly, sandboxed, and reversible.

Gateway Safe Mode
Brain Gateway runs the same Brain AI agent — but in a stricter default authorization mode. All write operations to incumbent PLCs require explicit operator approval. No autonomous control writes. No setpoint changes without sign-off. The agent is a diagnostic and advisory layer; the incumbent PLC remains the system of record.
